About us
Inversión Mensual is an independent editorial project that explains tactical investment strategies published by researchers (Keller and Keuning, Antonacci, Browne and others), measures them with its own backtesting engine and offers calculators to help you carry them out. The site is also available in Spanish.
It is edited by Mario Marin Fernandez. To learn how strategy pages and signals are produced, how mistakes are corrected and how advertising is kept separate from content, read the editorial policy.
What we do
- Every month we recalculate each strategy's portfolio using its original rules.
- We publish our replication of the papers' results so you can see whether the engine applies them correctly.
- We keep a dated log of the signals and measure their subsequent performance.
- We explain concepts (momentum, canary assets, drawdown, the cost of rotating) with numerical examples.
What we don't do
- We are not financial advisers or a regulated entity. We make no personal recommendations and manage nobody's money.
- We don't promise returns or sell "foolproof systems".
- We are not paid to favour any product.
How we are funded
Through advertising (Google AdSense, once it is active). There are currently no affiliate links to brokers; if we add any, they will be flagged. We explain it in the advertising and affiliates policy. The signals and results are the same regardless of who pays us.
Other projects
The person who edits this site also works on other projects of their own. These are our own links, not third-party advertising, and they do not influence the signals or the financial content:
