The calculators work in your browser: the amounts and portfolio data you type are not sent to our servers. They may be stored locally on your device (browser storage) so you don't have to retype them.
Recipients and processors
To provide the service we use providers that may process data on our behalf:
- Web hosting and CDN (for example, Netlify).
- Netlify, which hosts the site and runs the functions that handle sign-up to the monthly alert.
- Resend (Resend, Inc., USA), which sends the confirmation email and the monthly alert and keeps your email address in the subscriber list until you unsubscribe. The transfer relies on standard contractual clauses and/or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework where the provider is certified.
- Google (AdSense), as controller or joint controller of the data it processes for advertising, under its own policy.
Some providers may be located outside the European Economic Area; in that case they rely on appropriate safeguards (such as standard contractual clauses or adequacy decisions).
Your rights
You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability by writing to makemyweb.info@gmail.com, identifying yourself and stating the right you wish to exercise. You may withdraw your consent at any time (for example, by unsubscribing from any email we send). If you believe we have not handled your rights properly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es) or to the supervisory authority of your country of residence.
Children
The site is not aimed at children under 14 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
